The smell is really strong so you notice it every time you get them out, but not overpowering. Also, they are much stronger than a normal crayon/pencil, taken a battering from my boys but none have broken!

He really liked them and the twist up feature is great, however we did find that a lot of the scents had the exact same smell. Most of them had a sickly bubblegum type smell. It would have been great if the smells were a bit more realistic.

Enjoyed sitting and guessing what colour based on the smell. The colour comes out great onto papers with even coverage. Great product!
