Third machine due to faults
First machine failed to connect to my laptop, cricut sent a replacement and decommissioned the original machine. Second machine worked for a while, rarely used, but developed an issue with the clamp which holds the blade. Again, cricut immediately sent another machine and told me to dispose of the faulty one. I feel this is very wasteful/damaging tonthe environment. Furthermore, I have no faith in the product and would have liked the option for a refund but this is not possible. To be on my third ma hime in just over a year doesn't give me much faith in the cricut brand going forward.

Faulty product no response from Cricut. returned
It was supposed to be an upgrade from the air 2 but didn’t work. Stopped half way through and jammed. Contacted Cricut and no reply after a week. Had no choice other than to return as my air 2 is working fine still and I have no use for a faulty product.

Perfect! Just what I needed in my life
The product is not only just what I needed but there were specifically trained staff on hand to support me and advise me on the different features of the printers I was looking at.
The features are endless and I know I haven’t even scratched the surface yet of what it can do, it’s quick, quiet and precise.
I have visited on 2 occasions now, I didn’t catch the First Ladies name but on my second visit she was called Alison, both equally and as incredibly helpful as each other. Knowledgable too. (Havant store)

Great customer service
I love my new Toy!!! The staff were so helpful.
I went to my local shop and it wasnt in stock, but the lady at the Worthing depot looked up other stores, gave me product codes of a good bundle and then crawley store were fantastic too.

Cricut are disgusting! (Hobbycraft not to blame)
This isn’t any way shape or form hobbycraft fault at all.
Just want to make people aware that the customer service with cricut is disgusting! I’m still in warranty and they want me to cut the black belt in the machine to prove that it is broke (even tho the only thing broke is clamp A) but no they want me to cut it and have said that it is not guaranteed I will get a new machine!!
It is disgusting!! Also they have blocked my emails going through to them! On trust pilot they have a 1.5 rating and the reviews are so like mine what I am going through at the moment.
I have also said that my phone bill is now sky high because of being past pillow to post and all I got was “then you shouldn’t of called whether your machine is broke or not” yet I am still in warranty.
The only thing that is decent with them is the vinyl. Can anyone recommend a different brand that is spot on please

AVOID THIS MACHINE
A very nicely presented toy. Not a serious machine. No instructions with it, the software is a nightmare to use. You have to pay for lessons to understand how to use it. The software is only interested it getting you to subscribe to monthly fonts. The target for this machine is bored mums who will play with it for an hour then pack back into its box and put it into a cupboard. A total waste.
