Lovely deep blue.
This is an essential colour for the toolkit. It's slightly cooler than Ultramarine and, when mixed with Cadmium or Lemon yellow produces a wonderful range of natural greens. Exciting purples can be produced by adding a little Scarlet or Crimson. A lovely, complex blue.

Water resistant and the right colour
I used this paint, together with Milliput, to repair a chip in blue and white china. The colour matches almost perfectly.
There's enough left to use on a few hundred more chips!

Bright blue
The paint quality is fine, but it's more of a bright primary blue rather than a dark blue as pictured. Fine once a bit of black is mixed in though if you're after a dark blue.

A good basic paint
Paint has a good strong pigment and is thick for good coverage when doing opaque painting. Waters down easily for more transparent work.

Nice quality
Good quality paint. Nice size tube. I get through lots of yellows and blues with landscape painting and this is a good value paint.
