Bought this hoping for a subtle hint of lemon and I wasn’t disappointed. Lemon can be such a harsh sharp flavour but this gives a hint of the Italian sunshine in my cupcakes. Give that something extra that traditional lemon juice doesn’t.

Great tasting extract
I made small fairy cakes and topped them with lemon butter icing. The lemon extract gave the batter icing a wonderfully lemony taste that everybody enjoyed.
