Eventually it got 5* rating!
The helium balloons are fantastic. A good choice of colours & numbers. Despite returning to the shop a few hours later after original purchase with a deflated 'gold 9' - the staff couldn't have been more apologetic & replaced it immediately & I have no doubt they will be standing pride of place for weeks, if not months!
