Deflated
Having ordered helium balloons to collect at 4 pm i was initally disappointed to see that on collection they had to be refilled as they had deflated slightly. I voiced concern that i needed them to last until 7 and was assured they would be fine. When i got to the venue the 4 balloon was not fully inflated and looked quite "tired".
I would expect a helium balloon to last longer than 3 hours

Quality is poor.
Please see my other reviews on same product different colours as none are stronger than the other.
