Consistant consistancy!
I love using FIMO'Professional' for art dolls. It has a consistency that lends itself perfectly to adding fine features without "squashing", which is a God-send since I have podgy fingers and can be rather heavy handed at times! This is the best of FIMO's clays in my opinion.

Perfect for modelling small pieces
I have not used fimo before but wanted to make something for charity and decided to make some flower badges using fimo. There are loads of tutorials online and using them as a guide I was able to make some lovely badges and have now bought more, as I have got the bug. Great quality and easy to use.
