Perfect Snail
I looked everywhere for a good snail knitting pattern that wasn’t just for using up oddments, so glad I found this pattern. Definitely not for beginners as there are a few tricky stitches, but once you get the hang of them the pattern is very easy to complete. A very handsome snail, was able to make in an evening, would definitely recommend!

I’m Im a relative beginner but managed this cute snail with a bit of help from you tube for some of the more unusual abbreviations and stitches. I made the eye stalks 15 stitches as 20 seemed too long and floppy

Eyes for snail
I did an I-cord with 3 stitches for the eyes
I also did wrap and turns. Every time it said turn. Seemed less wholly.
