A heavenly mix, FunCakes Enchanted Cream Mix is truly delicious! A soft and airy cream with a delicious chocolate flavour, this simple to prepare icing is perfect for everything from filling cakes to decorating cupcakes.

It's great for creative projects as it's lighter than buttercream but nicely stiff for creating the ultimate cupcake swirls. You can adjust the mix by choosing to use milk or water for a lighter cream, add your own colourings, or even add more flavourings.

One serving of Enchanted Cream is enough for filling and covering a two-layer 25cm cake, or for piping approx. 24-30 cupcakes. Once it’s made up, it can be stored in the fridge for several days, but you will need to stir before reuse.
