Sweet & tart
I bought this alongside the passion fruit paste for making filled chocolates. Very sweet with a nice tartness that reminded me of a good jam. Like the passion fruit paste the flavour has no unpleasant artificial aftertaste and just tastes like proper fruit. Can't wait to use it again!

Not good
Bought to colour and flavour a birthday cake. Despite using a whole pack, it did neither. I definitely will not buy this again. Use dried raspberry powder instead. It's much more successful.
