Poor quality brushes.....
It's very rare for me to give a negative review but on this occasion I feel it's justified. I bought the pack of 4 Georgian Oil Brushes and was more than disappointed. The quality of the brushes was poor and at my new oil painting class I found that the hair fell out and didn't give the required results. I paid £14 for them and feel annoyed, as to be expected and had to order a more expensive brand online. I was unable to return the items to my local Hobbycraft store which is 6 miles away and I rely on others for transport.
Would I recommend them ? In this instance I would say definitely not.

Georgian oil brushes
I am an oil painter and I recently bought this brushes set as I have used it in past in my practice for varied marks while painting. The spring back is quite good and when taken care properly it works a treat. I would highly recommend if anyone is into oil painting ! Thank you!

Quality brushes
Georgian brushes are great for painters who like to paint quite vigorously or in an expressionist or impressionistic style. They stand a lot of use and last a long time if you look after them. This pack has a good range of brushes for general painting and for detail.

Good brushes, poor shop assistance
Generally the Cardiff Bay store staff are very peasant and helpful BUT each time I have been there there is no one on the first floor to advise on "Art" items. I am new to the hobby and need advice on new products.

Georgian oil brushes
Used 5 voucher to buy using with oil paints great for detail really impressed would have paid full price having used them. The next brushes I buy will be from this range great for the price 🙂

Brilliant brushes well worth the price
While on the upper end of the none specialist brush prices, I feel these are well worth the price. They are brilliant for fine detail and for larger strokes.
