Good but patience required
I bought this for my Mum's 70th birthday and it looks great when it's up. It contains 24 balloons which you've to blow up individually using your mouth or a balloon pump and then you've to thread each one individually through a paper strip with holes in it to get them to hang as shown in the picture. It takes a really long time to assemble and it's fiddly (took me and my Dad around 1.5 hours).
