Really Awful
I'm a bit gutted actually. It's my first time crafting, so went and spent a small fortune at Hobbycraft - just wish I'd spend a bit more on the glue gun.
This was awful, the very first tube got stuck, glue came out for just 4 squirts, then stopped. I then had to push the tube further in with another tube, but the cheap parts on the gun didn't align the 'pusher' to the tube.
Now feeling a bit deflated actually - I had to take a long drive to get to Hobbycraft to buy all the stuff, I now need a new glue gun which I will have to order online and wait for, and I've lost £5 (which it costs me in petrol to get to the store and back).

Not worth it
I thought a fiver was a bargain but I glue some tissue paper to some plastic bottles and my 2 sticks ran out before my craft project was finished.
I also had to hold the gun in a very awkward position to push the glue from the back as well as holding down the trigger.
I had a £10 glue gun from Hobby craft that was so much better. (It was lost) So I would not recommend you buy this £5 version but instead go for the sturdier better working £10 option.

Useless
Bought it and it doesn't even do what it is supposed to.
Glue doesn't come out if you pull the trigger.
Useless and not worth the money.
Spend more and get a better one.

Disappointing
It worked great for the first few minutes but then resolutely refused to feed the glue sticks or pump out any melted glue. Had to finish my crafting with sticky tape - far from ideal. Took it back, got a replacement with no problem, but yet to try the new one.

Very poor thinking of returning for a refund
Very poor handle gets very hot burns fingers. Glue only come out if you force in another glue stick so can’t control. Very poor thing about returning for a refund even though it was £5 it’s useless. Perhaps mine is dud.

not worth the small price tag
sadly in this case the small price tag means bad quality. The first stick of glue we used was fine then every stick we have used since doesn't go in/gets stuck/needs pushing/ leaks. Pretty much useless after one use

Just unusable
I'm sorry, and this was a very cheap item, but this was just unusable.
The first stick of glue entered the gun but the trigger wouldn't push it through, despite waiting 10 minutes for everything to heat up. I was able to get glue out of the front by using both the trigger and the pressure of another glue stick behind it but the glue just melted into the gap in the gun and had to be pulled or of the side.
The plastic that pushes the glue stick in settled to melt over time and lose shape.
Really not usable in any way, and probably not safe either.

Suitable for Once in While Crafting
An item that is suitable for me and my children as we dont do crafts everyday. Its nice to have when want to do adhoc crafting plans at home. The only issue I have is the glue stick as sometimes when it comes to melting with the gun, I have to manually pressure glue stick in order to melt it when it reached halfway at the end. The glue gun doesn’t add enough pressure to push the glue stick. But since we dont use it everyday, I suppose its fair with the quality. If you’re looking for a stronger strength glue stick, you might want a different option.
