Personalised Hanging Plaque

Any simple 3 letter word could be added to these beautiful wooden plaques. They could be hung on hooks, displayed on a gallery wall or used to brighten the most dull of office spaces.

You will need:

Assorted Foam Letters and Numbers Set

Bright Green Home Craft Acrylic Paint 60ml

Kids Paint Brush Set 3 Pack

How to make a Personalised Hanging Plaque:

Step 1: Peel the back off the letter stickers and stick them onto the plaque.

Step 2: Paint onto the plaque and over the top of the stickers. Leave to dry.

Step 3: Peel off the letter stickers to finish.

Top Tip: Apply paint directly onto the plaque and let your little one mix it on the surface creating a vibrant, expressive look.

Hang on a gallery wall for a personal addition to your home decor.

Dotty Napkin Holder

We all love a barbeque! These fun dotty napkin holders are just the thing for family feasts and make for a thoughtful gift. These are so simple to make and great for projects to do together, suitable for ages.

You will need:

Kids Paint Brush Set 3 Pack

Wooden Napkin Holder

Mint Green Home Craft Acrylic Paint 60m

Bright Blue Home Craft Acrylic Paint 60ml

Mod Podge Matte Finish 236ml

Cotton buds

How to make a Dotty Napkin Holder:

Step 1: Paint a layer of paint onto the base of the napkin holder and add another layer if necessary.

Step 2: Dip a cotton bud into some of the dark blue paint and then press firmly to create polka dots all over the napkin holder.

Step 3: To finish, cover with a layer of mod podge.

Map Coasters

Choose some of Dad's favourite travel spots and add them to a coaster. This fun project helps Dad reminisce of his days on the road or favourite holiday destinations, all whilst enjoying his cuppa.

How to make Map Coasters:

Step 1: Draw around one of the coasters on the blank side of the map and cut it out.

Step 2: Apply a layer of mod podge to the surface of the coaster and then stick on the maps.

Step 3: Apply a layer of mod podge on top of the map and add another layer when dry, to finish.

Top Tip: Add extra layers of mod podge to ensure a truly heat and waterproof finish

Wall Hook for Dad's Stuff

How make a Wall Hook for Dad's Stuff

Step 1: Paint the wooden part of the coat hook using acrylic paint and leave to dry. Add another layer of paint if necessary.

Step 2: Apply a layer of mod podge, and leave to dry.

Step 3: Apply glue to the felt letters and then stick them onto the plaque to finish.
