* A4 Felt Sheets in Assorted Colours
* Bright Ribbons
* Sequins
* Buttons
* Safety Pins
* Scissors
* PVA Glue
* Pen / Pencil

How to Make

Step 1

Download and print the templates, then cut them out.

 

Use the templates and draw around them onto the felt sheets. Once you've drawn around each piece, cut each shape out.

Step 2
Cut five 10cm lengths of contrasting ribbon.

Step 3
Fold the felt rectangle in half, using the safety pin as a guide, cut two small slits into the folded edge of the rectangle. This will be where you attach the safety pin.

Step 4

Open the safety pin up and insert through the holes that you made in the previous step.

 

Fold the rectangle in half again and glue in place.

Step 5
With the remaining felt shapes, layer them on top of one another (using the picture as a guide) and glue into place.

Step 6
Lastly, glue the ribbon in a row under the safety pin and then glue the two parts of the medal together.

Step 7
Repeat the steps above to make other medal designs. Get creative and add other embellishments like sequins and buttons!

Step 8
Your medals are now complete and ready to wear with pride!
