Wall hangings don't have to be complicated to look great in the home. This natural wall hanging by Becki Clark has been made only using a few materials and will look great on your wall all year round.

For this tutorial, we have used dried oranges and whitewashed cotton pods but you can use any natural dried materials you desire.

How to make

You will also need:

A wooden stick around 30cm

Step 1

Thread the twine through your dried fruit and cotton pods. I've done a few different lengths and mix of oranges and whitewashed cotton pods but you could do anything natural and dried.

Step 2

Work out where they are going to sit on along the piece of wood before securing to the top and cutting off any excess twine.

Secure a few stems of foliage along the top of the branch using the twine and adding a piece for the branch to hang from.
