How to make

Step 1

Select 3 or 4 different patterned christmas papers to create your present stack card.

Step 2

Once selected, cut the pieces of paper into small rectangles, these will create the illusion of different sized presents. You can do this by measuring the card you are using; to then work out how big each present needs to be, or you can do this by eye.

Step 3

When you're happy with the placement of the presents; stick strips of double sided tape to the back of each of them. Double check the placement of the presents and then stick these down to the card.

Step 4

Using embellishments will give dimension to the design of the card. Apply double sided tape to the back of the ribbon. Position the ribbon into the middle of the stack of presents and then stick; ensuring that the edges of the ribbon touch the bottom and top of the presents.

Step 5

Finish of the design of the card with a few more embellishments. Using the ribbon once more, create a little bow that will sit neatly on the top of the presents. Using a Happy Christmas label, which you can stick onto a thin tag for extra effect if you want; stick these to the top present, glue the small bow on top.
