Print the template onto A4 Card and trim around it using a pair of scissors.

Tear small pieces of Tissue Paper and roll them tightly into pea-sized balls. Make a stash of red, white and blue paper balls!

 

Tip for Grown Ups: This step can take a while, so it might be one for you to help with!

Apply the glue to the template and stick the rolled tissue paper balls, making sure to stay within the lines as best as you can.

If there are any visible spaces between the tissue paper balls once stuck, roll up smaller pieces of tissue paper to fill the gaps.

 

Leave to dry.
