Trim a strip of 3cm white textured cardstock and cut a diagonal piece off of one end then trim a 5cm medium blue textured cardstock strip cutting the end in the same way, Trim a further strip of 7cm dark blue textured cardstock again with the end diagonally cut.
Arrange the three strips across the middle of the page one on top of the other allowing the square ends to overhang the edge slightly then trim the overhang off creating a neat edge. Fix in place with double sided tape.
Use a scalloped punch, die of fussy cut a thin white scalloped strip then adhere in place using a dab of glue.
Layer a white panel of cardstock over a slightly larger blue panel then fix to the front using 3d foam pads.
Fix all the letter stickers in place followed by the large puffy whale sticker then finish off with a few round embellishments here and there.
