Step 1

Begin by creating a card blank measuring 14.8 x 10.5cm. Trim a panel of patterned paper to 14 x 9.8 cm then use the template provided to draw out and cut an oval shape in the centre. 

 

Top tip: Make your template in extra thick card then you can carefully use this to cut around using a craft knife.

Step 2
Back the patterned paper with an extra layer of card to add stability. Cut this oval slightly bigger than in step one then fix the two together.

Step 3
Attach the prepared aperture panel to the card front using 3d foam pads.

Step 4
Creating the ribbon banner. Trim a length of green paper at approximately 13mm wide. Glue the strip to the back of the same paper sheet then trim off the excess using a craft knife and ruler.
Step 5
Use the ribbon fold template to mark out where the folds will be then fold the banner using the below photo as a guide.

Step 6
Attach the banner to the card front using 3d foam pads then add the letters on top creating the sentiment.
Step 7
Arrange all the paper flowers inside the oval keeping the majority towards the bottom half.
