How to Make Macrame Cracker Decorations

* ReTwisst White Macramé String 5mm 500g
* Knitcraft Sage Return of the Mac Yarn 200g
* Wooden Macramé Rings
* Decorative Cinnamon Sticks
* Soft Grip Fabric Scissors
* Kraft Crackers
* A Brush
Cut 6 x 60cm lengths of yarn.
Fold each length in half and attach them to the cinnamon stick with a larks head knot.
Cut 1 x 40cm length and thread it in between the centre knots and join the two ends with a knot – you can use this to tie the finished piece to the cracker.
Secure the work down using pins or tape.
Using string 1 as a guide, create a diagonal row of double half hitch knots using strings 2-6.
Create a final double half hitch knot with both guides.
Then, brush the remaining fringe.
Cut 7 x 50cm lengths of your yarn.
Thread one length through the ring and secure to the work surface.
