Monster Cupcakes – Design one Step-1

Add some green and yellow food colouring to your buttercream and mix to make a lurid lime green colour.

Fit a piping bag with the open star nozzle and cover the surface of your cupcake with piped stars.

Finish by adding icing eyeballs all over.

Monster Cupcakes – Design two Step-1

Colour your buttercream purple and fit a piping bag with the grass nozzle

Step-2
Squeeze out the buttercream through the nozzle in a continuous stream and drizzle it all over the top of the cupcake to resemble matted monster fur!

Add some coloured eyeballs.

Slime Eyevall Cupcake Step-1

Colour your buttercream bright orange and put in a piping bag fitted with a cupcake tube nozzle.

Step-2
Hold the nozzle still and directly over the top of the cupcake and apply even and continuous pressure to pipe a mound on top of the cupcake. Repeat to add a smaller mound on top of this.

Step-3
Drizzle the green slime over the top, allowing it to trickle down. Top with a large icing eyeball.

Vampire Cupcakes Step-1

Use plain vanilla buttercream to and the cupcake tube nozzle to pipe mounds on top of your cupcakes as for the slime eyeball cupcake.

Add two drizzles of red slime to resemble blood dripping down from two bite marks.
