Minimal Calligraphy Star Step-1

Coat the star decoration in acrylic paint. You may need to paint several layers in order to get an even coverage.

Using a pencil, draw or trace the word “shine” onto the decoration. Try not to apply too much pressure, as an mistakes at this stage can be erased by rubbing out the pencil!

Re-trace your pencil lines with the red fineliner pen. Erase any stray pencil lines.

If you want to, you can go back over your design with the pen to vary the width of your lines and create a calligraphy like style.

Topper Decoration Star Step-1

Select a topper of your choice – we have used stars

Use a glue gun or glue dots to stick the toppers to the star
Dipped Glitter Bauble: Step-1

Paint the decoration in a muted colour of your choice and leave to dry

Paint dots of glue for snow and shake white biodegradable glitter over the glue

Shake biodegradable silver glitter over the glue
Step-4
Shake the decoration so that the loose glitter falls off

Leave to dry

Write a name or festive word on the bauble using a chalk pen

Choose an ink pad in a colour of your choice, and an alphabet stamp set of your choice

Press the stamp down lightly on the ink pad, wiping away any excess ink around the edges

Press the stamp down lightly on the surface – try to ensure you leave enough room for the other letters!

Paint dots of glue for snow and a wavy line of glue at the bottom for settled snow

Shake biodegradable silver glitter over the glue

Shake the decoration so that the loose glitter falls off

Leave to dry

Choose an ink pad in a colour of your choice, and an alphabet stamp set of your choice

Using a gold or silver paint pen, draw over the design and leave to dry

To embellish use small stamps to fill in the gaps. Press the stamp down lightly on the ink pad, wiping away any excess ink around the edges. Press the stamp down lightly on the surface.
