Hi, I'm Emily, I'm a modern crochet designer from East Sussex. I have been crafty all my life, having tried most crafts, I taught myself to crochet about 8 years ago now. It wasn't until I had my 2 little girls that my crochet skills stepped up and I don't think I have put my hook down since. My style is forever evolving but I do tend to lean towards Scandi simple design with a boho twist. I am not averse to a pompom or two, and I love to add fringing and tassels whenever the opportunity arises. I like to keep my designs fun and simple, in my mind crochet should be fun from start to finish and wherever I can I like to make my patterns quick to crochet up.

Hello! My name is Kim and I design and make my own crochet garments for Nowaycrochet. I love using chunky materials and also like to include any vintage yarn I have collected over the years. Cardigans and jumpers are my absolute favourite, and most of my ideas start off with the sleeves. I love using stand-out colour and texture and always enjoy seeing people wear my makes. A few of my garments featured in fashion editorial shoots last year, and I'm really excited to start taking commissions and selling my pieces.
