* Empty Toilet Roll Tube
* Acrylic Paint
* Pencil
* Scissors
* Paintbrush
* Twine
* Glue Gun

How to make

Free Template.pdf
Step 1
Print out the star template and then cut it out - the dotted lines show the direction that the shapes will be glued at.

Draw around the template shapes and neatly cut out each of the segments.

Step 3
Paint half of your shapes with your acrylic paints, and once finished leave them to dry.

Use a glue gun to glue the edge of the shapes together to form the star.

Glue some twine along the edges of the star.

To make a slot for the tree top to go in, glue a toilet roll to the back of the star.

Your beautiful decoration is now ready to take pride of place at the top of your Christmas tree!
