Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautifully soft and lovely to work with! I was inspired to try out some super soft, velvety wool and so decided to pop to my local Hobbycraft to see what I could find - I found this wool and bought two balls with the intention to crochet a soft toy. I was nervous that it would shed and be difficult to work with, however it was lovely to crochet with, very smooth and I found that it did not shed much at all. I also was pleased to discover that it goes a long way and I still have plenty left for another project! I have had a lot of compliments on the look and feel of the finished toy elephant and I would definitely buy this wool again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant to crochet with This yarn is a pure joy to crochet with. So far I've completed two beautiful cuddly toys with it. The only down side to this yarn is using it to sew up your projects . Due to it thickness and fluffy fibres it tends to pull apart when using a darning needle, this is not ideal, but it's something that's worth persevering with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice This is a lovely soft yarn chosen for a crocheted baby blanket. Lovely colours and it feels nice and easy on the hands. The silver is a little bluish which went nicely with the rose pink and cream. It is a type of yarn that does not show the detail of the stitch clearly so works better with a simple stitch. It also hides mistakes which may be good or bad. It does not do so well with ripping out if you’ve made a mistake although it is possible if done carefully and the stitch isn’t too tight. It is machine washable which is important for babies! The end result was lovely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautifully soft This yarn is a wonderfully soft, fluffy chenille style. It will shed fibres from the loose ends, but simply tying a knot in the yarn before starting and finishing off will solve that! The yarn leaves lovely defined stitches, especially after a wash or two.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is very pleasant to the touch I really liked this yarn. I bought this for a baby blanket and it was very warm and very soft and pleasant to the touch. It took me 4 pieces of this yarn to knit a blanket 80cm * 100cm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Soft, cuddly yarn Really soft gorgeous yarn, made a bunny lovey for a newborn, only issue is that the fluff tore off really easily which made it impossible to frog if the stitch was past a certain tension, needs a bit of a gentle hand when starting.
