Works with a sponge!!!
(I bought the Copper colour).
I bought this in-store with a gold colour in order to mix to make a lighter copper (this is very orangey compared to what I wanted). It comes out like a GEL. It's the weirdest consistency ever, and I shook it for ages. The gold is not like this, it is smooth.
Agreeing what has been said in other reviews, it goes on quick lacklustre, the texture is gloopy, and overall I would give it 0 stars for using it with a brush.
However, I switched to using one of those little dabbing sponges on a stick, and it was night and day difference. I was using the paint on EVA foam and it went on very pigmented and shiny when using the sponge over the brush, so I'd definitely recommend that! I can't give it more stars as it's not clear at first and many people might buy this and be disappointed if they want to paint with it, but it does work.

Not good
I was advised to use this on my plaster skull by a member of staff. It was terrible. It did not go on evenly and then it came off when I handled the skull.
