Knitcraft Green Make the Change DK Yarn 100g

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many imperfections in this wool There were a lot of imperfections in the wool, slubs etc, had trouble locating extra yarn I needed for a pattern I started, went to two other stores, mistakes made on stores picking the order, put substitutions in of different colours 🤦🏻‍♀️ wasted journeys, £10 gift card given in one store but didn’t cover the fuel ⛽️

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GORGEOUS colour I bought this a couple of weeks ago to make my moss rug and it has worked excellently! The yarn is a beautiful colour and catches the light really well to show a range of shades of green in the wool. The only downside is structurally, the individual thin pieces do not stay twisted securely all the time, which could be very irritating if crocheting, but is very helpful to create an interesting texture whilst rugmaking. I'm finding it hard to get my hands on more of this wool which is a shame.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a nice texture. Wool went a little fluffy when crocheting. Found it irritating on my fingers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Christmas jumper. Isn't that great. It keeps splitting. And feels very thin. Sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Yarn! Great yarn for hobby projects, and having used it for a while now it doesn't split compared to the cotton yarn I was using before. I wouldn't use it for clothes as its mostly polyester so it's not very soft, but it's great for crocheting blankets and toys. I love that it's made from recycled material and you can't tell the difference at all compared to non-recycled polyester yarn.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not great wool. Not knitted for a long time, but was asked to knit a child's jumper. So my first port of call was hobby craft. The wool itself is not what I would of bought if I'd known how it knitted up. It's thin and feels cheap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality DK yarn Impressed with the quality of this yarn. I normally try and purchase the Women's institute yarns but my project required a selection of different shades of green. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase Knitcraft yarn again.
