Professional Matte Medium
Liquitex is the first in developing acrylic medium and have continued to improve and innovate. Pro Matte Medium is one of the best in my experience of having tried other professional makes. Also it is comparatively reasonably priced.

Versatile material
I use this as an adhesive in collage and also to thin acrylic paint. It works well in both cases. I've just bought only my second bottle (almost a litre) so goes a long way. especially as an adhsive.
