Sun catcher pretty but more versatile than that!
These are such versatile designs, shame about the unimaginative paint colour choices. As I have my own acrylics & inks, this is not a problem, but I imagine a child receiving as a gift would be disappointed. I no longer use these as sun catchers, as they are far more fun to impress or to print with. Great for getting an outline design onto biscuits/cake fondant/clay/paper etc and great for printing onto fabric/wood or clay, etc. Beats the single use as a sun catcher although you can still paint & hang them up when not in use for other things! To convert to a useful impresser just add a temporary cork or wood block behind for greater control & more even pressure. To print with them, in addition to the handling blocks on the back, they work better with a thin line of felt, sponge or rubber glued around the design lines for more even ink/paint distribution. Clean immediately after use to avoid colour smudging. Replace the applied printing fabrics as necessary. NOTE: do not use the same block for both printing and food use. I have one for food, one for fabric/paper, one for acrylic or printing inks and one for use with clays.

Great value kit with good size spaces to paint
The spaces for the glass stain to fill on this are a good size so stain fills them nicely. Good value, an extra colour would have been nice
