It’s ok
Not a good stuff for professional artist, but the colour are nice, could be ok for people use paint for the first time. If you mix the colour with other better stuff they have a nice bright colour anyway. So....pretty ok

Not great really
The "glow" paint is only one of the tubes and after using a black light, exposing it to the sun and putting it under a light it still does not glow, just left a weird very slightly green colour on what id painted on. Tried it on paper on tile and on wood, all the same result, diddly squat. The other neon paints are ok, need a few coats for optimal ccoverage but what do you expect from cheap paints, they are ok.
