PME roll out icing
This is brilliant especially as you can soften this in the microwave to make it more pliable to use. It colours well & doesn’t crack which is a bonus. The only thing is when lifting onto a cake you need to be quick because it stretches, once on it’s great & you can mold it to the shape of the cake. It’s a bit harder to cut through which makes it a bit harder to accidentally catch the surface with a knife which then leaves a mark.

Unfortunately I really didn’t get on with this icing. It was a bizarre almost translucent white/grey colour. I had bought it to cover a castle cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday and i didn't like the look at all - i bought different icing to finish the cake and in comparison the turret with this on looked grey and became very wet and sticky?! I had to redo that one turret as it stuck out like a sore thumb! I wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointing
Disappointing as the box states it’s white but it is clearly an ivory white so was no good for the purpose I bought it for. Didn’t even consider that I should open the box to check the colour before I bought it and only discovered this as I was about to use it. Had to then stop and go further afield to find a cake shop with actual white icing that I could buy.

Brilliant Sugar Paste!
The best sugar paste that I have ever used. It was easy to use and cover a tall (four layer) chocolate mud cake and it tasted delicious!
