No needle punch tool included.
No punch needle tool included, which is fair enough for the price HOWEVER this should be stated ON the box , calling it a kit would imply that everything you need is in the box. Would have been more than happy to buy a needle punch tool separately but left the shop assuming it was all ready to go. Needless to say, one grumpy daughter who’s unable to start her project during half term until I can visit a store or order online.

Disappointed
My daughter bought this kit with vouchers she got for her birthday back in April. Most disappointed because we contacted customer service to be told there were no instructions for this 'kit'.
We are now left with this box of things and no idea of how to do it. Now, having read reviews, it has become apparent that we need a tool as well. Would not recommend!!

Not a complete kit!
Bought this today from the shop only to find there are no instructions or the punch needle to complete the project. My granddaughter was very disappointed. It was only when I came online to check for instructions, that I saw all these bad reviews. Not the standard I would expect from Hobbycraft! I would definitely NOT recommend this product!

A pattern and yarn, not a kit.
No instructions included and no punch needle tool either.
Not sure how this could be called a "kit" with those important items missing.
Doesnt say any of this on the box itself, and i only found out because i came online to see if it was me or a problem with the product.

Poor kit
No instructions sheet, and no punch needle, so I cannot even start this project. Very disappointed.
Can you please email me the missing instructions and post me a punch needle.

Bought as a gift for my 11yr old daughter. No instructions , no punch needle ,very poor to be sold as a kit. Really dissapointing only got 1 star as couldn't give 0

Absolute rubbish - no punch needle
Absolute rubbish. Bought this in store. Nowhere on the box does it tell you the actual punch needle is NOT included. Wasted trip and time.
