Red Rose Garland
Visited my local store several times but the red rose garland was never available. I ordered it online to be collected in store. It was available for collection very quickly. On opening the box the garland wasn’t in any packaging and there appeared to be several leaf stems and buds missing, leaving it looking very sparse and there was nothing in the box to reattach.
It was returned to store where the staff were very understanding, friendly and helpful. A refund was given promptly.
