This is part of Humbrol’s renaissance, or rather what they should have done 40 years ago.
This is sold as an RLM number which is the Luftwaffe’s colour code for their paints. Now Humbrol has of course been selling the paints with their own labelling for decades, and still does. If you look at the painting guides from older Airfix kits you will see the paints from days of yore.

Good deep colour
The Revell Dark Green Matt is a good thick but smooth paint with plenaty of pigmentation. It needs watering down for a smooth finish when hand brushing on models but that only makes it better value for money.

good paint for model kits
Acrylic, so washes easily out of the brush with water. A decent thickness, so may not need a second coat depending on your primer.
