Perfect for the post-war drab look
More a bluish grey than a greyish blue, it's neither dark enough nor blue enough to substitute for the Humbrol RAF Blue. I'm building a post-war van though and it captures the drabness of that period beautifully. As ever with Revell Aqua paints it needs a little thinning with water to stop it retaining the brush strokes.

Revell aqua acrylic paint
Revell aqua acrylic paint I use to airbrush. I mix them with water and one or two drops of IPA. I find each paint is different in consistency so may need more or less water to reach the skimmed milk consistency

Revell products are great
I always either but Revell or Tamiya.
Revell paints are quite thick but take to being thinned with Revell Aqua Colour Mix really well.
They blend well together too.
