Ideal for fine piping work on cookies!
This icing is brilliant. I use it mainly for decorating cookies. The recomended quantities on the packet are spot on for nice flowing lines on delicate piping but doesn’t run/ blur as standard icing sugar does. Very small amount of food colouring needed. It is touch dry within minutes of being placed on the cookie but takes a couple of hours to really set. Worth knowing if you are wanting to put cookies into gift bags!
Hobbycraft is the only place I have managed to find this product in stock this year!

Great product
I have always made my own royal icing with icing sugar and egg whites but I had over 100 cookies to ice and my sister recommended this so I tried it! Wow, that was easy! And very good results too - will definitely use again. Very smooth and shiny finish when dry.

Made my life easier!
Seriously this icing sugar is super fine and even though I didn't purchase for royal icing it was fantastic for buttercream too!!! Loved it and will always purchase it in the future!

Royal icing sugar
Being new making royal icing I found this to be perfect to get the desired result of the icing setting firmly, without the mess of starting from scratch. Highly recommended to any novice like myself
