Love this baby's outfit pattern
This pattern offers a chance to knit a complete outfit for baby (even premature) and although looks complicated is really easy.
Really worth having a go at this one.

This pattern is easy to knit. Sizes start from tiny baby which is extremely useful and it gives instructions for several sizes
