Sun printing kit. I found this kit very disappointing. The stencils were poor quality and broke easily. It was not clear which side of the paper to use and the results were not great even after leaving it in the sun for longer than suggested.

Disappointing
Disappointed with my first go as I used the wrong side of the paper. The instructions did not explain how to work out which side to use. Also further disappointed with the subsequent results as the items I placed on the sun sheets were mostly unrecognisable and quite blurred. There was nothing in the instructions to help with troubleshooting.

Cyanotype printing kit
I bought this to try out cyanotype printing and although it is good fun and I would definitely recommend it for a child, the results were a bit pale, even though I left it in the sun for much longer than it suggested in the end. Also, I didn't realise that there is a selection of different colour papers in the set, I thought it would just be blue and white prints. So far I have just used one piece. The booklet which came with the set had all its pages round the wrong way and the end was at the beginning and the beginning half way through which caused a bit of a problem too! And the instruction that pressing flowers would only take approx. 2 hours wasn't actually correct. I had to leave mine for a whole day and they still weren't dry. I haven't tried the enclosed stencils preferring to make one of my own. You can make gift labels and a few other interesting items using the ones provided.
