Not up to Tamiya standard
The instructions on this and the accompanying diagrams are not clear and concise.
Where a few parts were supposed to fit was definitely not made clear in the diagram and text hence I had to try and remove at least two parts which could not be removed successfully and one part that was able to be removed successfully.
I know this was an early model but that’s no excuse for bad diagrams and unclear instructions.
Yes it was a cheapish model so at least I didn’t waste a lot of money.

Building a 17 pounder tank destroyer
Its a good model of the 17 pounder Achilles tank destroyer, it comes with a decal sheet of 4 different units that it served with, the kit includes 4 crew figures, and personnal equitment for the 4 man crew, it has good molded tracks, and would look good in a diorama of a battle scene.

british vesion of a u.s m10,nice kit with lots of scope for add ons,a very interesting project.
I,v made the u.s version before so I know what I,v got.it,s not a difficult build,parts are nicely tooled,instructions easy to follow,just take your time and enjoy it.like all kits,the finish is most important so a bit of research will come in handy,enjoy.

Great kit great details
Great kit and great molding. Add glue shake the box and as with all Tamiya kits the fit of parts it falls together.
