Best masking tape on the market
I decided to start using this after having a few failed attempts with conventional diy masking tape when spray painting. This masking tape is brilliant it leave lovely sharp crisp lines and there is no paint bleed underneath it. Would recommend to any one looking to buy.

Excellent tape
Was a bit sceptical on paying money for a name (Tamiya)as it's just masking tape. Got to say that its superb. Had no bleed through or lifting. Will buy some more definitely.

One of the best masking tapes
If you build plastic kits then you really should have this in your toolbox.This tape out performs standard masking tape in almost every area. From holding parts together to masking areas for painting/spraying this tape is perfect. In my experience it won't rip paintwork and is very tough so won't rip when you peel it. It has a glossy finish which prevents fuzzy lines when removed,it is very thin leaving less of a border for paint to pool in.Great stuff!

Really useful tape
This masking tape from Tamiya is just what any modelmaker really needs for all those masking jobs.
Car bodywork, ship waterlines and aircraft camouflage. It can be easily cut, will curve to some degree if required and will not peel off the underlying paintwork (providing it has been left to cure properly).
It also comes in other widths that are just as handy

Great for straight
Even without the dispenser this tape is easily a great aid to getting those straight lines. I’ve also used it to make curved paint detail with some great results.
As usual just make sure the tape is pressed on well and don’t put too much paint over it and you’ll get good results.

Poor shopping experience
Good products, problem since the store has been altered ,narrow aisles, poor lighting, i had trouble finding what I wanted, my wife gave up looking for wool,dim lighting narrow aisles ,not a good shopping experience

Good for the job, keen price.
Tamiya masking tape is really good for the job as it gives a crisp clean line when removed.
You get a lot for your money as I always buy the refills and cut with scissors. A nice thin product which always gives a good result.
