Old Reissued Kit But Worth It!
An old favourite of mine, the Tamiya Pink Panther SAS landrover.
I first made one of thes way back in 1976! Wanted to do another and found that the mouldings on this model are still very crisp, even for an older Tamiya model. Only problem is getting the right paint match of pink, all now trial and error. Other than that, a very good old model to build

Tamiya 1/35 scale SAS Land Rover ‘Pink Panther’
Great kit! Fun to build and paint, also cool to learn about the history behind its name due to its colour scheme. The TAMIYA acrylic paint range are also great, they’re easy to use and the end result is effective. Pipettes and TAMIYA paint mix jars made getting the colours mixed a lot easier to blend and store.

For the experienced modeller.
I have not attempted this as yet. I knew it would be small and have small parts. I was not ready for how many and intricately detailed they would be. You will need a sharp craft knife or scalpel, I would also recommend tweezers and those "extra hands with magnifying lens".

Great model to build
I have been wanting to build this model for a while after revisiting model making after a few years away and found it at a great price. I would say however that the model stock at my local Hobbycraft is limited so could be improved with more Airfix and Tamiya kits.

Landrover 3/4 ton
Using this vehicle heavily modified for the recon section of a fictional para unit on exercise in BAOR in the 1970's .....so far a well detailed vehicle something to get your teeth into if your not happy making it straight from the box ....

Tamiya Pink Panther SAS Landrover
As with most Tamiya Kits mouldings are very good. Have not started to build yet but am looking forward to the build. Yes I have had a trial fit of some main parts and it goes together well
