Solid set, but not as good as the black version
I bought these because I'd been using the black versions quite a lot and found them to be excellent for giving structure and impact to my art. These charcoal ones aren't quite as good; in reality they're not so much 'charcoal' as 'slightly faded black', and so I feel that there's not much reason to use them if you have the black ones available. Additionally, whereas the black set gives you 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5, this set only has two sizes (0.1 and 0.5) plus a brush pen that I found to be a little too inaccurate for lining properly. That said, it's still a solid set and might be useful if you find the black too dramatic.

Uniball fineliners
I like the range of tips, especially that there is a paintbrush size as well as the finer ones. I prefer charcoal grey to black to draw with and will probably by the sepia set at a later date too

Intense Charcoal Fineliners
I have enjoyed using these pens but have not given a 5 as they are more of a washed out dark grey than intense charcoal.
