Maybe we were unlucky?
I bought these for my home craft business and thought due to the price and make they would be ideal. However once I opened the packaging the pens were not what I wanted due to the fact no ink came through the nib but through the side instead! Extremely runny and unusable. Disappointed to say the least.

Poor quality
On first use the gold pen leaked through the nib, pooling the ink and then making the marker unusable. Such a disappointment and such a mess!

Great on black plant labels
Fine nib for writing on black plant labels which I use to label my special snowdrops. Writing does not rub off or wash off.

Leaky Pens
Pens would leak after a few uses however, easy to write with and ink does not come off easily.

Fine nib on pen . Silver and gold .
Wonderful product . Reasonable priced and gives a great finish . Used silver for handwriting on wooden hearts . Looks superb so fine and delicate . Husband used gold paint pen for air fix models . No runs paint dries instantly and gives a smooth immaculate look and finished touch. . Highly recommend. Fantastic price of 6.00 pounds .

Nice metallic touch to a project
These pens are give a nice reasonably fine 0.8mm lines. The ink comes out smoothly. One came faulty and the lady at Hobbycraft swapped it for me without too much fuss.

Leaking nightmare
They worked for a couple of seconds, then stopped working. They both now leak like crazy. On the plus side I let them leak onto some paper, then used a paintbrush to use on the craft. It probably looked better than if the pen had worked. Silver (and gold) lining I guess!!
