As well as being extremely environmentally friendly and nontoxic, the board’s composition also makes it very practical. These boards have a dense foam construction, to give you a cleaner cut and optimal support for your wonderful craft creations.

The dense foam section is sandwiched between two thin card layers, which allow ink, paint and toppers to adhere to the surface easily compared with a more porous foam surface. West Design offers a range of in various sizes and colours to suit any taste.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bianaro from Useful product I’ve used self adhesive foam core board for many years without problems. This is the first purchase from Hobbycraft so I hope it will perform as well as other brands I have used and retain its adhesion over time. This is a very useful and efffective method of mounting prints and artwork and once you get the knack of positioning the print it’s relatively easy to use. My only concern was that the sheets where stored or had been handled badly as it was difficult to find two sheets that were not damaged on the corners and edges or the adhesive surface showing dents, at around twelve pounds a sheet that’s not acceptable

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pressie from Worked fine Used as a first attempt to frame my 5d art pictures. Was very good result as I'm not more than a novice with craft. Took twenty minutes to do 3 pictures. Kept all the creases away .very good adhesive on board and could re mount if needed. Impressed indeed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jayne91 from Tatty Although it arrived in suitable packaging the corners and edges of the foam board were all scuffed and dirty, so they had to be cut off, the plastic film on the self adhesive side was also wrinkled rather than flat meaning the adhesive was uneven and less sticky in some places and it made it very difficult to cut straight. The foam inside wasnt great either and not very dense, not necessarily hobby crafts fault but they should have a better quality brand available. Not worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Annevh from Fantastic quality I got a box frame for a large x stitch that was 1 of my lockdown projects, and backing board, really happy with the quality and value, service was fantastic and staff very helpful. All safety measures made me feel safe, especially important during this time. I will definitely return because of that alone as it was my first outing since lockdown. Well done Gloucester.
