Great product, remember the cake release spray!
This product produced a great looking number 1 which was improved upon when rolling icing was draped across the top of it. All the details were highlighted and nothing was lost from the tin. I would have never used these tins before due to release issued until I found cake release spray, this is a godsend because after I cut off the excess that rose above the tin I simply turned it out and it popped out of the tin with no hassle at all and no sticking to the tin either. A previous review said there was a discrepancy between online and in store price but this has changed now and both places are charging £8 for the tin and I think that is a fair price for the size of the tin. Highly recommended!

Number one cake tin
This product is very easy to use and i would make 2 layers to the cake rather then cutting in half this can be difficult to do

Good product
It's a good tin I have found it hard to get the right amount of mixture as bigger that I anticipated.

Just what I was looking for!
Wanted a tin for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday cake. Excellent shape. I would advise using the no-stick spray as I just greased the tin and it stuck slightly but ok after loosening with a palette knife. I used a recipe that would usually make 2x8 inch sandwich cakes and was fine- next time I would probably increase the amount to make it a little deeper.

Made me look professional
This cake base is brilliant for the amateur baker. I made a simple packet mix chocolate sponge, baked it and then covered with chocolate icing and chocolate buttons of different sizes and it looked shop bought and cost a fraction of the price.
