Bad quality
So I received the sewing box as a Christmas present for my mum. I opened it up as I was excited to see it as she used to have one years ago. There was a chip in the wood and always when I opened the lid it came apart in my hands. Very bad quality. I'm waiting for this broken one to be picked up and then receive a new one. It's not looking hope full as no one has come to pick it up. I don't think I will recommend this sewing box and maybe not recommend hobby craft to anyone if I don't get a new and not broken one soon.

Just what I needed
I previously had a standard sewing box but I couldn’t get it to close anymore so I picked this up and it’s great. Lots of space for my sewing things but it is a little bit on the small side so I can see me maybe needing another one in coming years as my kit grows.
A few chips here and there but it’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the use of the box.

cheap in quality and damaged in its construction poor finish would not recommend
Cheap materials looks like a school project hardboard included in its construction very basic little attention to detail and quality control well was there any at all. I would not recommend this product

Looks good with plenty of space
Bought the sewing box for a present for my sister. She loves it. The pine isn't out of place no matter where you keep it and having 5 separate compartments is great for keeping different bits and bobs. Being able to use with or without the legs attached is a bonus.

Absolutely love my Cantaliver sewing box
Love this sewing box, it keeps all my sewing equipment in it, I did decide to give it a makeover though and added mosaic glass to the top of it and painted it various colours, it now looks amazing

Superb
So much more beneficial for my different coloured cottons to be separated than just gathered together in a little square box jumbled up with the scissors, needles, the elastic, bias binding and other items needed for sewing a garment!

Not worth the £££
Nice and sturdy.
Good size.
Little handles in the top were slighty squint.
Varnish was a bit sloppy which made it look damaged on the top.
I expected better quality for the price.
