Solid Brass Picture Rail Hooks
I find that the Solid Brass Picture Rail Hooks from Hobbycraft do not securely fit our Rails.
The area that hooks on to the Rail is not formed sufficiently to hook securely over the Rail.

Does the job
It does what is says on the tin. I was only hanging Cork board which were pretty light but the hooks seem sturdy enough to hold more weight.
Only issue was that they are quite an obvious colour especially against my black priture rail so I used a perminet marker to colour them black.

Great hooks
I got these to use with a picture rail to avoid needing to put acres in my wall. They are great, although they feel insist when on their own the weight of the picture makes them very stable.

Just what I wanted
Picture rail hooks are surprisingly hard to find, yet vastly preferable to ugly nails in the wall. I was disappointed to find just 4 (i.e. 2 packs), but happy to have at least that.
