Poorly made hoop
I’m sorry to say, but this item didn’t look like it had seen a bit of sandpaper, I got three splinters in my fingers just putting the fabric in, then another whilst tightening the hoop, I cannot comment on its use as I had to remove the fabric, I am now using another hoop I purchased elsewhere (Clover) unfortunately i have purchased a few of Hobbycraft’s own brand hoops and these were from shops in Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh etc.
Like I said I’m sorry for this poor review but felt it was an necessary comment that needed to be made.
However this is the ONLY item I have had a problem with since using Hobbycraft online or in store.

Unbelievable value
Appears to be a good solid hoop. Screw turns easily and does up nice and tight. Very happy with and wasn't too expensive.
gets! Perfect for little projects and hanging samplers on my walls.

Great shop
I found this to be great and helps me to hold the cross stitch in place as I have arthritis in both my fingers and find things hard to hold some times

Not the size I was originally after as the smaller size wasn’t in stock. This one will do the job well enough though.
