Good Price, Good Quality
Brought this as a core for a foam sword. The wood is of good quality and will not snap when mild pressure is put on it.
I also bought a spare one as a paint stirer, funny enough.

I purchased 2 strips of the basewood last week at hobbycraft, very disappointed on the condition, not only bowed but swisted a worse nightmare to a wood worker
